Ssebaggala Andrew Lwanga Jedidiah is a Ugandan arts and culture leader, creative producer, and
strategic development specialist with over 20 years of experience in arts management, fundraising, cultural programming, and creative enterprise development. He currently serves as Strategic Development Lead at The African Theatre Magazine (TATM), leading resource mobilization, partnerships, and institutional growth initiatives. Previously, he served as Production Manager at the Uganda National Cultural Centre (UNCC-National Theatre).

Ssebaggala is an alumnus of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) and recipient of the IVLP Impact Award (2024). He is passionate about advancing Africa’s creative and cultural industries through leadership, innovation, and strategic partnerships. Throughout his career, Ssebaggala has successfully mobilized resources and secured support for numerous arts and cultural initiatives funded by international development partners, cultural agencies, embassies, and foundations.
